                                 The first item : dairy.

- cup and half of skimmed milk  or  2 cups yogurt Lite.

                                 The second item : starches.

- 3/4 brown bread Or 3 tablespoons boiled rice Or boiled potato.

                                 The third item : Meat.

- Quarter of boiled chicken without oil and skinned Or grilled fish the size of the palm,Or a piece of meat boiled or two pieces of cheese Quraish in egg size.

                                 The fourth item : boiled egg.

                                        The Fifth item : vegetables.

An unspecified quantity of the following:
Cabbage - carrot (Only one) -Cauliflower - cucumber - spinach - tomato - lettuce - zucchini - artichoke - Lemon juice - beans, vegetables - onion - arugula.

                                         Item VI : Fruit.

- Medium apple,Or a small banana,Medium orange,300 g strawberry,500 grams Watermelon,or 1 small mango.

               Are selected one class of each item per day.

                                          Notes :
